1. The total water intake of the reverse osmosis equipment is controlled by the RO water intake regulating valve. If the water intake of the reverse osmosis equipment does not change, do not touch the RO water intake regulating valve, and strictly prohibit it from being fully opened or closed; the RO concentration discharge regulating valve is used to adjust the system recovery rate. If the recovery rate does not change, do not touch the concentration discharge regulating valve, and absolutely prohibit it from being fully opened or closed.

 

2. Regularly backwash the mechanical filter of the pure water equipment. During backwashing, use compressed air for gas friction. After the backwashing is qualified, let it stand for about 10 minutes before washing. After the water is qualified, it can be put into use. Do not allow air to enter the reverse osmosis membrane.

 

3. Operators should record the operating parameters every hour. The main contents should include:

Inlet water: PH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperature;

Product water: conductivity, flow rate, PH value; concentrated water: flow rate, pressure, and inlet water pressure of each section.

 

4. When the reverse osmosis equipment has high or low pressure alarms, first check whether the manual valve opening between the safety filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO water intake valve and the concentration discharge valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the equipment.

 

 

5. Regularly check and replace the precision filter element in time to prevent leakage caused by installation or quality problems from causing particulate pollution of the reverse osmosis membrane of the pure water equipment.

6. Operation pressure control should take the lowest possible pressure value under the premise of meeting the water output and water quality, which is conducive to reducing the water flux attenuation of the membrane and reducing the membrane replacement rate.

 

7. The concentrated water volume should be adjusted in time to maintain the recovery rate at around 75%, which should neither allow the concentration of slightly soluble salts in the concentrated water to exceed the solubility product and cause scaling, nor waste water, that is, it should achieve an economical operating state.

 

8. Discharge control. Due to changes in water temperature, operating pressure, and other factors, the water output of the device also changes accordingly. At this time, the discharge volume should be adjusted, otherwise, the desalination rate of the device will be affected.

 

9. The device should not be shut down for a long time. It should be operated for at least 2 hours every day. If it is planned to shut down for more than 72 hours, a chemical cleaning device should be used to fill the components with 1% sodium bisulfite and 18% glycerin for protection.

 

 

10. Compared with the initial commissioning state, if the water output of the standardized pure water equipment reverse osmosis device decreases by 10%, or the salt content of the product water increases significantly under specific conditions, or the pressure difference increases by 15%, the reverse osmosis membrane should be cleaned in time.
