Pure steam generator

Overview

TW pure steam generators use steam heating to produce high-purity steam without a heat source. They are widely used in medical and health, pharmaceutical, and food industries for sterilization and disinfection of equipment. Sterilization with pure steam produced by this equipment effectively prevents recontamination of objects by heavy metals, heat sources, and other impurities.

This machine has good adjustability and multiple operating points. Heating steam from 0.3MPA to 0.6MPA (gauge pressure) corresponds to a corresponding increase in pure steam output. Under the same heating steam pressure, different back pressures and flow rates of pure steam can be obtained by adjusting the outlet valve.
