► Product Features
1. Buried wastewater treatment equipment, buried below the ground surface. The ground surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes, eliminating the need for building construction, heating, and insulation.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process uses a push-flow biological contact oxidation method, which is superior to the completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation pool. It has a smaller volume than the activated sludge pool, strong adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent water quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. The pool uses a new type of elastic three-dimensional filler with a large specific surface area, making it easy for microorganisms to form and detach biofilms. Under the same organic matter load conditions, it has a high organic matter removal rate and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The bioreactor uses a biological contact oxidation method, with a relatively low volume load of the filler. Microorganisms are in their self-oxidation stage, producing less sludge, requiring sludge removal only once every three months (90 days) or more (using a manure truck to suck or dewater into sludge cakes for removal).
4. In addition to the conventional high-altitude exhaust method, this buried domestic wastewater treatment equipment also has soil deodorization measures.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel are required for daily management; only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are needed.

► Application Scope

► Installation and Maintenance
1. Foundation: If placed above the ground, only a concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment is needed as the foundation. The foundation bearing capacity must be greater than 4T/m2, and it must also be level and flat. If the equipment is buried underground, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that rainwater does not accumulate. The foundation is generally plain concrete (whether reinforcement is needed depends on the local geological conditions).
2. Installation: According to the installation drawing, each unit is put in place in sequence. The position and direction of the units cannot be wrong, the distance between them must be accurate, and the pipes must be connected.
3. Inject clear water into the equipment to check for leaks in the pipes. If there are no leaks, cover the sides of the units with soil until the equipment inspection hole, and level the ground. Connect the control line of the control box to the water pump, and connect the control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and motor, which must be the same as the direction indicated by the fan.
