► Variable Frequency Application Method

Usually, multiple common pumps are set in the same water supply system. When the water supply is large, multiple pumps are fully open; when the water supply is small, one or two pumps are open. When using variable frequency speed regulation for constant pressure water supply, there are two methods: one is to use one variable frequency drive for all water pumps; the other is to use one variable frequency drive for each water pump. The latter method automatically adjusts the variable frequency drive output frequency through PID calculation according to the pressure feedback signal, changes the motor speed, and ultimately achieves the purpose of constant pressure in the pipe network. This is a closed-loop circuit, which is simpler but more expensive. The former method is less expensive and its performance is not inferior to the latter, but the control program is more complex, which is the future development direction.
