If the equipment is installed below the ground floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the ground floor shall be in accordance with the drawing dimensions, and the excavation width and length around shall be away from the foundation line. 500mm Above, for pipeline installation.

The pipeline installation and connection should be considered when the equipment is in place, and then according to the equipment's self-weight in the manual, cooperate with the crane tonnage, the installation order should be in place according to the on-site comparison diagram, the position and direction of the cylinder body cannot be wrong, and the spacing between them must be correct.

　　3. According to the installation drawing, connect the pipeline. After the equipment is in place, connect the pipeline with rubber pads to ensure that the connection does not leak.

　　4. After the buried wastewater treatment equipment is installed, it should be connected and fixed to the foundation floor to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, wastewater should be injected into the equipment (if there is no wastewater, use other water sources or tap water instead), and the filling degree must reach 70% Above, to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check whether each pipeline leaks. The test water at each pipe outlet must not leak, and the equipment will not be displaced or tilted due to the rise of ground water.

　　5. After the buried wastewater treatment equipment is installed without any problems, the soil can be filled into the gaps around the equipment and compacted, and the ground can be leveled. When filling the soil, pay attention to the equipment manhole cover should be higher than the ground floor. 50mm About; the air inlet on the manhole cover cannot be blocked by soil.

　　6. Connect the control line of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment. When connecting the wires, pay attention to the direction of the underwater aerator and submersible pump motor. If the basement control cabinet is placed in a ventilated place, keep it dry, and generally, the control cabinet cannot be placed outdoors. It should be protected from sun exposure and rain to prevent leakage and burning of the control board and wiring terminals.

　　7. Pay attention to the equipment installation drawing and pipeline connection drawing, and connect according to the standard connection and plane layout. If the user requires, it can be arranged arbitrarily, but it must be proposed during the contract signing.

　　8. Connect the blower and pump control lines, and pay attention to the correct direction of the blower and pump. To ensure the smooth progress of the treatment work, the importance of its installation cannot be ignored.
