Precision filters, also known as safety filters, typically have stainless steel housings. The interior uses PP melt-blown, wire-burned, pleated, titanium filter cartridges, activated carbon filter cartridges, and other tubular filter elements as filtering components. Different filter elements are selected based on the filtering medium and design process to meet the requirements of the effluent water quality. Used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, high-environmental-requirement, high-precision filtration of pharmaceutical liquids, with a wide range of applications, suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, environmental protection, and water treatment industries.

Characteristics and Applications of Various Filter Cartridges Polytetrafluoroethylene membrane (PTFE) filter cartridge, Polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (HE) filter cartridge, Polypropylene membrane (PP) filter cartridge, Cellulose acetate membrane (CN - CA) filter cartridge, filtration accuracy from 0.1-60um ,length is 10;20;30 and 40 inches ( that is 250;500;750; 1000mm) four types. The above filter cartridges have a pressure resistance of 0.42mpa and are backwashable. Interface types include insertion (222 、226 type and ) and flat-mouth type.

Maintenance
1 The core component of a safety filter is the filter cartridge, which is a fragile part and requires special protection.
2 After prolonged operation, a safety filter will trap a certain amount of impurities, which will reduce the operating speed. Therefore, regular cleaning is necessary, including cleaning of the filter cartridge.
3 During cleaning, pay special attention to the cleaning of the filter cartridge to avoid deformation or damage, which could lead to reduced filtration accuracy and failure to meet production requirements.
4 If the filter cartridge is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
5 Some precision filter cartridges cannot be reused multiple times, such as bag-type filter cartridges and polypropylene filter cartridges.
