EDI Module startup method:
In the water leak check before power supply, as much water as possible is allowed to pass through the module. The more water that passes through, the longer the regeneration process will be during startup.
1 All mechanical, water, and electrical connections should be completed.
2 Prepare data tables and operation logs to record the initial data and currently observed phenomena.
3 Slowly add water to the system to expel air. Pulse feed water to the concentrate water, pure water, and ultrapure water pipes to further expel air from the water pipe system. The piping should not have any dead corners that can trap air. Removing air during startup is important because some air in the module will prevent the components from getting the normal water flow.
4 Check and repair the pipeline leaks.
5 Start the power supply as soon as possible. If excessive water is sent to the module before power-on, the system will need a longer time to regenerate the module.
6 Check and adjust the ultrapure water, concentrate water, and pure water to the design range.
7 Check whether the pressure loss of ultrapure water, concentrate water, and pure water is approximately correct, and check whether the pure water outlet pressure is greater than the concentrate / water inlet pressure.
8 Check the initial current of the components, the initial current should be higher than the normal operating current. The current will drop to the normal value within one hour.
9 Check all switches and flow sensors to ensure that the settings are correct and the correct signals are sent to the control center.
