As an advanced water treatment technology, reverse osmosis has been widely used in various industries. During the application of this technology, users have exposed some problems in the operation and technical management to varying degrees. If these problems can be effectively solved, it will have far-reaching significance for maximizing the economic benefits of the water treatment application market. However, after a period of normal operation of the reverse osmosis membrane, some magazines, bacteria, and other pollutants will inevitably appear. Timely cleaning is required; if the reverse osmosis membrane is not cleaned regularly, the reverse osmosis will have very poor processing capabilities.

Brief description of the reverse osmosis equipment cleaning process:
The RO membrane chemical cleaning process includes three processes: rinsing, soaking, and circulation:
1. Rinsing process:
In the chemical cleaning process of the RO system, two rinsing processes are required: the rinsing at the beginning of the chemical cleaning can effectively scrub the dirt on the membrane surface; the rinsing after the completion of the chemical cleaning can effectively remove the chemical cleaning solution, providing a necessary guarantee for the quality of the product water.
2. Soaking process:
Soaking is the key to cleaning the RO system. It can both allow the chemical solution to react chemically with the pollutants and allow the pollutants to fall off the surface of the membrane and dissolve in the chemical solution to achieve the purpose of chemical cleaning.
3. Circulation process:
Circulation is the main process of RO system cleaning. In this process, the chemical solution has physical dynamic contact with the molecules inside the membrane, further causing osmosis, friction, and shearing reactions, thereby achieving the purpose of chemical cleaning.
Reverse osmosis equipment chemical cleaning procedure:
※ Start the cleaning pump.
※ Open the chemical solution circulation valve and let the chemical solution circulate for 5 minutes to allow it to mix thoroughly.
※ Open the cleaning outlet valve, close the chemical solution circulation valve, and confirm that the filter outlet pressure is 2.0~3.0 kgf/cm2, and the flow rate is 40 m3/h.
Perform 3-4 cycles of rinsing for 1 hour and soaking for 2 hours.
Switch the Victoria pipe clamp plug and clean it in three parts. Clean the pressure vessel in 15 sections, 5:5:5.
End, the steps are as follows:
※ Close the cleaning pump outlet valve.
※ Turn off the cleaning pump.
Discharge the chemical solution in the tank, fill it with clean water, and restart the cleaning pump to rinse the RO with clean water.
After rinsing, remove the hose and reconnect the Victoria pipe clamp plug.
Low-pressure rinse the RO system for 10-20 minutes, start operation; after passing the test, operate for 5-10 minutes, you can continue to operate or stop.
