Low-temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas. During the discharge process, the entire system remains at a low temperature, hence the name low-temperature plasma. It can efficiently decompose pollutant molecules in a very short time and cause various subsequent reactions to achieve the purpose of decomposing pollutants. The application of low-temperature plasma has opened up the technical bottleneck of organic waste gas treatment and opened up a new approach for the purification of industrial waste gas deodorization equipment.

► Purification Principle

The low-temperature plasma industrial waste gas deodorization equipment produced by Tianwang uses low-temperature plasma generated by a high-frequency high-voltage electric field. During the discharge process, electrons obtain energy from the electric field and convert the energy into the internal energy or kinetic energy of pollutant molecules through inelastic collisions. These energized molecules are excited or ionized to form active groups. At the same time, oxygen and water molecules in the air can also produce a large number of nascent hydrogen, active oxygen, and hydroxyl oxygen active groups under the action of high-energy electrons. These active groups collide with each other, triggering a series of complex physical and chemical reactions. From the composition of the active groups in the plasma, it can be seen that the plasma is rich in particles with extremely high chemical activity, such as electrons, ions, free radicals, and excited molecules. The pollutants in the waste gas react with these highly energetic active groups and are finally converted into substances such as CO2 and H2O, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the waste gas.
