Tianwang UV nano-photocatalytic waste gas deodorization and purification equipment first uses a specially designed ultraviolet light source to generate light beams of different energies. It utilizes the principle of a catalyst reducing the activation energy required for chemical reactions, causing VOCs adsorbed on its surface to undergo fluorination-reduction reactions. Finally, organic matter is oxidized into CO2, H30, and inorganic small-molecule substances. This product can meet the needs of different user operating conditions, combining nano-photocatalysis, ozone, electrostatic dust removal, spraying, and adsorption processes to achieve highly efficient deodorization and purification of waste gas.

► Working Principle

1. This product uses specially designed high-efficiency UV beams to irradiate malodorous gases, providing energy for their decomposition (light energy to chemical energy). It utilizes the principle of a catalyst reducing the activation energy required for chemical reactions, causing VOCs adsorbed on its surface to undergo oxidation-reduction reactions. Finally, organic matter is oxidized into CO2, H2O, and inorganic small-molecule substances, then discharged outdoors through ventilation equipment and pipes.

2. High-efficiency UV beams decompose fluorine molecules in the air to produce free oxygen. Because free oxygen has an imbalance of positive and negative electrons, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules, thereby producing ozone. Ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and can effectively remove malodorous gases
and other irritating odors.

3. High-efficiency UV beams destroy the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) molecular structure in bacteria and viruses, causing the death of growth cells (or) regenerative cells. Ozone, through the oxidizing action of oxygen atoms, destroys the structure of microbial membranes, also causing cell death. Through the dual action of UV and ozone, thorough deodorization and sterilization are achieved.
