► Introduction
The new type of buried integrated sewage treatment equipment is a treatment equipment designed and developed by our company that integrates a number of sewage treatment technologies, such as pressure dissolved oxygen, jet aeration, internal circulation fluidized bed, and biofilm filtration; it has the advantages of saving investment, saving land, and low operating costs, and can realize fully automatic unattended operation. Using this equipment to treat urban sewage, the effluent water quality can reach the Class A discharge standard of GB18918-2002 "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants".
► Process Flow
After the sewage is removed of larger impurities through the screen, desander, and physicochemical treatment processes, it is transported to the bottom of the biological sedimentation tank. After adsorption by the activated sludge layer in the tank, larger impurities and suspended solids settle at the bottom and are pumped to the sludge dewatering room, where they are dewatered and removed by a decanter centrifuge. The supernatant continues to rise, passing through the filtration, adsorption, and degradation of the biological filter material layer before entering the next treatment process. The biological sedimentation filter pool simultaneously has the four functions of sedimentation, adsorption, filtration, and degradation. MABR and MOBR are anaerobic and aerobic biofilm reactors. This reactor is an organic combination of activated sludge process and biofilm process. Wastewater first undergoes adsorption and degradation by the activated sludge layer at the bottom of the reactor, and then rises to the biological filler layer at the top for adsorption, filtration, and degradation. The biofilm reactor can maintain a biomass 4-20 times higher than that of the activated sludge process. It not only overcomes the disadvantages of sludge expansion in the activated sludge process and stabilizes the system operation process, but also greatly improves the treatment efficiency and effluent water quality. After treatment by the multi-stage biofilm reactor, the wastewater is filtered and disinfected by the combined filter pool, and can reach the national Class A standard for discharge or reuse.
► MBR Membrane Sewage Treatment System
Equipment Advantages:
1. Advanced biological treatment technology. Through anaerobic hydrolysis, large organic molecules in wastewater are decomposed into small molecules such as amino acids and volatile fatty acids that are easily oxidized by aerobic bacteria, and the ability to resist shock loads is strong.
2. It has the ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus, and can treat industrial wastewater and domestic sewage by adjusting the structure of the equipment.
3. The filler in the contact oxidation tank is mostly spherical suspended filler, which is light, efficient, and has stable physical and chemical properties, large specific surface area, strong biofilm adhesion ability, and high contact efficiency between wastewater and biofilm.
4. Air blowing aeration is carried out in the contact oxidation tank, so that the spherical suspended filler continuously floats, the aeration is uniform, the microorganisms grow mature, and it has the characteristics of the activated sludge process. The effluent water quality is stable, the sludge yield is small, and it is easy to treat.
5. Easy to achieve automatic control, simple management and operation. It is not easy to malfunction and is easy to maintain.

Fiberglass Integrated Equipment
(1) Characteristics of Fiberglass Tanks:
1. Good corrosion resistance
When metal pipe tanks transport or store media, due to the activity of the metal material, it is very easy to react chemically and electrochemically with the transported and stored media, causing corrosion. When the surrounding environment is harsh, these metal pipe tanks will also undergo surface corrosion. However, the winding-formed fiberglass pipe tank is divided into three parts: inner lining layer, structural layer, and outer protective layer. Among them, the inner lining layer and the outer protective layer are rich in resin, and whether the medium corrodes the tank and the degree of corrosion mainly depend on the type of resin used in these two layers. By carefully selecting the resin used in the inner lining layer and the outer protective layer, the winding fiberglass pipe tank can have good internal and external corrosion resistance, so it can be widely used in occasions where it comes into contact with different media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and solvents.
2. Light weight, easy installation and transportation
The specific gravity of the winding fiberglass pipe tank is about 1.70 g/cm³, which is only about 1/4-1/5 of that of steel products. Therefore, although its wall thickness is slightly thicker than that of steel products of the same specification, its total weight is generally less than half of the latter. The lighter weight not only saves fuel during transportation, but also reduces the requirements for roads. In addition, the loading, unloading, and installation process will be faster and more convenient. For storage tanks, its own weight means a reduction in the pressure on the base, and the load-bearing requirements of the base can be reduced, thus reducing the cost of the base.
3. Small thermal stress, good insulation effect
The thermal conductivity of winding fiberglass is about 0.27 w/cm℃, which is much lower than that of steel products. In addition, the winding fiberglass, especially the wall thickness of fiberglass storage tanks, is thicker than that of metal products. Under the same internal and external temperature difference, the heat loss of fiberglass products is less than 1/100 of that of metal, and the self-insulation effect of fiberglass is very obvious. Fiberglass pipe tanks can significantly reduce insulation costs.
4. No rust
Metal pipe tanks are prone to local battery reactions due to metal elements such as fc in the oxygen in the air, especially in humid environments, thus causing corrosion. Therefore, the use of such products generally requires rust removal and rust prevention treatment, which is expensive and laborious. However, winding fiberglass pipe tanks are made of non-metallic materials such as resin and glass fiber composites, so they will not rust during use or idle periods, and therefore do not require rust prevention and rust removal treatment.

(2) Characteristics of Carbon Steel:
Carbon steel tank products have the characteristics of seamlessness, no leakage, non-toxicity, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long life, and compliance with hygiene standards. The service life under natural conditions is longer. Therefore, it is an extremely excellent corrosion-resistant product. The inner lining surface is flat, smooth, and strong. Compared with traditional steel-lined plastic plate storage tanks, steel-lined rubber storage tanks, and steel-lined fiberglass storage tanks, it has better corrosion resistance, no leakage, no peeling, wear resistance, can withstand a certain pressure, can withstand higher temperatures, and has a long service life, making it an ideal storage and transportation container for corrosive liquids.
