In water treatment equipment, in order to achieve the sealing and isolation of each section in the membrane shell, the reverse osmosis equipment needs three types of sealing rubber rings in the membrane shell. In order to reduce the installation resistance, water or glycerin should be smeared on the surface of each sealing ring during system installation.

Special attention is required, otherwise it will cause cracking of the fresh water pipe, especially the expansion of the sealing rubber ring. The expansion of the rubber ring generally does not directly affect the operation effect of the system, but it will affect the reloading of the system after unloading, that is, it is difficult for the expanded rubber ring to enter the slot during loading.

Selection points for the installation location of softened water equipment

The water quality of the softened water equipment is good, and the system runs stably, and is used by many enterprises. When installing softened water equipment, you should pay attention to the following points:

1. The softened water equipment should be as close to the drain as possible.

2. If other water treatment equipment is required, the installation location should be reserved.

3. Due to the frequent addition of salt to the salt box, the location of the salt should be set.

4. Do not install the softened water equipment within 3 meters from the boiler, otherwise the hot water will flow back to the softened water equipment and cause damage.

5. Do not place the softened water equipment in an environment where the room temperature is lower than 1°C and higher than 49°C.

Precautions for the use of softened water equipment

Water softening equipment is a water treatment equipment that removes Ca, Mg plasma in water, reduces the hardness of water, and softens water. After using the softened water equipment for a long time, certain precautions must be followed.

1. The water inlet of the softened water equipment should be opened for a long time when it is in use, unless it is necessary to close the equipment for maintenance. The outlet valve can be closed if no water is needed.

2. If the effluent is unqualified due to the incomplete regeneration of the softened water equipment, it can be manually regenerated.

3. The softened water equipment needs to be protected by inhaling salt water into the tank when it is out of use for a long time.

4. When it is put into use again, you only need to prepare the same salt water as normal work, first open the water inlet valve, then connect the power supply, let the device reset by itself, and then manually regenerate once completed, and then open the water outlet valve.

5. If the industrial salt used is too dirty, the salt bucket should be cleaned once a year to ensure the smooth progress of the salt absorption process.
