Pay attention to the following points when filling: 1. The polishing resin is a mixture of hydrogen-type strong acid cation exchange resin and hydroxide-type strong base anion exchange resin. 2. During the operation, if water needs to be added to facilitate filling, pure water must be used, and the water content should not be too much. At the same time, the water must be pumped out or drained immediately after the resin enters the resin tank to avoid the stratification of the resin. 3. If you need to fill resin by hand, be sure to wash your hands and do not bring grease into the resin tank. 4. If the resin is replaced, the tank and water collector must be completely cleaned, and there must be no old resin remaining at the bottom of the tank, otherwise the used resin will pollute the water quality. 5. The O-ring used must be replaced regularly. At the same time, the relevant components must be checked each time they are replaced. If they are damaged, they must be replaced immediately. Check the sump, if it is clogged, it should be removed. 6. When using the FRP tank (fiber reinforced composite plastic) as the resin bed, the water collecting pipe (central pipe and water distributor) should be left in the tank before filling the resin. In the process of filling the resin, the water collecting pipe should be shaken from time to time, and at the end, the position of the water collecting pipe can be adjusted and the upper cover can be installed. 7. If the resin is filled first, there will be difficulties in inserting the header. If the resin must be filled before inserting the water collection pipe, the FRP tank filled with resin can be placed horizontally on the ground, slowly roll the tank to loosen the resin, and then slowly insert the water collection pipe into the resin. 8. After the resin is filled and the pipeline is connected, the ventilation hole at the upper end of the barrel should be opened first, and water should be slowly poured in until the ventilation hole overflows and no more bubbles are produced, then the ventilation hole is tightly closed and water is collected.
If the product water is unstable after filling, you can check the cleanliness of the pipe joints, or the airtightness of the nitrogen-sealed water tank.
